Is my financial data safe?
We work hard to keep it that way. Your data is encrypted and protected. We ship no advertising or analytics trackers, and we never sell your data. No system is perfectly secure. If you spot a security issue, email support@martianwealth.com with the subject “Security”.
Do you see my bank password?
No. Bank sign‑in is handled by Plaid, the network thousands of apps and banks already use. Your credentials go directly to your bank; Martian only receives a secure access token for the data you approve.
Is my transaction data sent to the AI model?
No. The AI designs the dashboard structure: which charts, which filters, which order. Your transactions are fetched and aggregated on our own servers and rendered into the layout the AI defined. The model never sees your raw financial feed, and nothing is sent until you opt in.
Which banks and cards work?
Bank connections are provided by Plaid, which reports support for 12,000+ institutions across checking, savings, credit cards, loans and brokerages; availability varies by institution. Apple Card is supported separately through Apple’s FinanceKit on supported iPhones.
Does Martian tell me what to buy or sell?
No. Martian Wealth is a tracking and analytics tool, not a financial adviser. It shows you your holdings, allocation and performance, with prices that are estimates and may be delayed. It doesn’t manage your investments or recommend trades.
What does it cost?
Martian Premium comes with a 7‑day free trial of every feature, started from the app through the App Store (one per Apple ID). The price and billing period are shown in the app and on the App Store before you start; if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription continues at that price. You can cancel through your Apple account at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Disconnect any bank to revoke its access token. Deleting your account removes your connections, accounts, transactions, dashboards and sessions. Read the privacy policy.
